A strong brand needs a distinctive identity - sounds like an instruction from a schoolbook. But how about reality? Identity is directly related to the companys core and cores do not usually lie on the surface. Whatever the goal is worth achieving, strategy meetings often stay on the surface and end up in discussing others core businesses. Time is always tight and decisions are hard to take so one agrees on compromises. From that moment on, identity becomes a sequence of empty words like "innovation", "proximity to customers", "the biggest" or at least "claim to leadership"!

Therefore we set ourselves the target to assist effectively in those processes. Because what lacks is less knowledge but the right tools.
