Iconstorm designs ta.ts website Iconstorm, the Frankfurt agency for Markentechnik, implements concept and realisation for the ta.ts (Travel Agency Technologies & Services GmbH) website’s redesign. To create a consistent brand identity the corporate design was adjusted to the new design guidelines while communication with the customers was improved at the same time.
Right on time for the “FVW Kongress” 2006 in Cologne, Iconstorm released the new website of ta.ts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lufthansa. On the basis of a new style guide Iconstorm developed the website that meets the requirements of a consistent brand identity and makes the proximity to the company clear to its customers. Focus of the content revision was on themes like up selling (e. g. booking, marketing support, training). In developing a new picture concept Iconstorm emphasised the use of staff photos. Possibilities to get in touch directly underline the customer orientation of the company. The identification with the website for means of communication internally and externally was enhanced.
During implementation Iconstorm was responsible for planning, realisation and quality management. Through consulting concerning brand compliance Iconstorm supports ta.ts in standardising all factors necessary for the trade mark’s further development.
The cooperation of Iconstorm and ta.ts Travel Agency Technologies & Services includes the consulting and development of the complete digital brand appearance on the internet.
